The Aspirational Leaders Co. Story
In 2008, I went from a territory manager, to a managing director for Aus and NZ, leading a team of 17, and reporting to a UK company, wanting to see massive growth.
I know what it's like to be thrown into a leadership role without the right support, feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start.
For the past 20 years, I've led teams and driven growth as a Managing Director across diverse industries (automotive data, recruitment, EdTech, SaaS), building large distribution channels across different countries and achieving two successful exits. I learned invaluable leadership lessons – often the hard way.
I'm passionate about empowering others because I've seen firsthand the difference the right guidance can make. I don't want other leaders to struggle as I did when they just need some coaching and support from someone who's been there.
