 1. Leadership assessment: We'll start with a comprehensive leadership assessment to identify your strengths and areas for development.  Your leadership scorecard

2. Results call: We'll schedule a results call to discuss the assessment findings and answer your questions. If you are interested in taking it further, its also a chance to see if we are right fit to help you achieve your leadership goals.

3. Skill development:  Based on the assessment and results call, we'll work with you to develop a tailored strategy with key outcomes. 

4. Implementation & support: We'll help you create an action plan for applying your new skills and provide ongoing support to ensure you achieve your leadership goals.


 

FAQs:

Q: Why do we need to start with the benchmark score?
A: It will allow us to specifically target with the key areas that are out of alignment. This helps us personalise the coaching program to your unique needs and ensures we focus on the areas where you can gain the most significant improvements.

Q: How many coaching sessions are required to complete the Leadership Fast Track?
A: The number of coaching sessions typically ranges from 5 to 10. This will be determined based on your specific needs and goals, which we will discuss during the results call.   

Q: Who is the program ideal for?
A: As we personalise the program, we tailor it for specific leadership roles. We work with CEO's, General Managers, Directors and Heads of Departments. 

Q. What happens in the results call and how long does it last?
A:  During the results call, we will review your scorecard results and ask some discovery questions to gain a deeper understanding of your current situation. We will also offer some solutions that you can implement immediately.
